Internal House Rules

• Smoking in House Tryavna is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms and all other enclosed common areas. Smoking is only permitted in the courtyard of the property, provided that all fire safety regulations are adhered to.
• Upon departure, guests must leave the property in the same condition in which they found it at check-in.
• Clients are required to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or damage the reputation of the property.
• Illegal or immoral activities – including gambling, prostitution, drug use, possession or use of pyrotechnic devices or hazardous materials, and possession or use of firearms and other weapons – are strictly forbidden.
• Between 23:00 and 07:00, loud noise is prohibited. Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the premises.

Guests

• The total number of guests (adults and children) during your stay at House Tryavna must not exceed the number of sleeping places specified in your reservation confirmation.
• Entry or access to the property may be refused if the number of visitors exceeds the specified requirements and/or the number stated in the reservation.
• The owner of House Tryavna is not responsible for any incidents involving guest children that occur within or outside the property. The health and well-being of children are the sole responsibility of their parents.
• The owner reserves the right to accommodate other guests and/or clients within the complex, unless the entire property has been exclusively booked by one company.
